Meet the rising star of Chile’s left who beat right-wingers to running its second city

So, this was a cool piece to do. I’d heard about Jorge Sharp causing political upset in the region, and I was already scheduled to fly to Chile for a piece that appearedn in Raconteur. 

Luckily, Valpairiso is just one and a half hours away by bus from Santiago so I managed to squeeze in this extra piece.
